-In the cabin, the driver and the passengers on the second row of seats.
Regulation 4:
-Driver and all passengers (car with third row seats).
Regulation 4.5:
-In the passenger compartment the driver and passengers on the three rows of seats + completely loaded trunk.
Regulation 5:
-In all other cases, the boot is full.
