Many are installing an unoriginal metal protection of the engine's crankcase to protect it from the bottom. The problem is that in metal protection, there are usually no air intakes needed to cool the automatic gearbox, which is in the body plastic protection. Because of that, the gearbox is overheated.

The problem is particularly acute for cars with turbo engines, where the temperature is much higher. Regardless of the protection of the crankcase, the liquid in the "machine" is preferable to change at least once in 40,000 km.
