According to statistics, the main problems with the engines of Lada Prior are:
(1) Increased fuel consumption, which is normally associated with malfunctions in the engine management system (sensors and their chains). It may also be a misplaced EMG or incorrect timing angle.
(2) Low idle speed. The problem is usually related to the failure of the pump, which is filled with filters or catalysts.
(3) Turnout ropes. The most common problems are those of the ignition system (candles, coil).
4) Bad start of the warthown motor. Problems with the fuel pressure regulator, dirty throttle or idle controller.
(5) "Floating" idle. Problem with the throttle position, mass flow rate, or lambda probe. It may also be a muddled throttle or RXX.
