The coolant replacement operation at Chevrolet Cobalt is performed on a cold engine in the following order:

1) Unwind the expansion box cover.

2) Substitue a capacity of about 6 l under the right tank radiator.

(3) A suitable hose with a suitable diameter on the pipe radiator.

(4) Flip the cork between 2 and 3 turn.

(5) Shilling the VAW and the cork.

(6) To release air from the system, a screwdriver is used to release the white cap of the drainage hole in the right radiator.

(7) Fill the new coolant until it is discharged from the drainage orifice.

8) End the drainage cork and bring the level of the liquid in the expansion bar to the Max.

9) Finish the cork, start the engine and warm it up to the operating temperature.

(10) Check the level of oC if necessary (after the engine has cooled).
