The ball support is one of the main elements of the suspension. Due to the fact that the lubricating oil in the ball at low temperature is frozen, sounds are heard, similar to the grinding (in contrast to the shrouding, this sound without clicking). A similar problem is common to many Fluence. There's nothing scary about that. Usually with a temperature rise, sounds disappear.
