This feature can be blocked using VAG COM (Channel 004: Headlight Washing Time) or VAS.
Another option is to remove the fuse No. 36 by 20A. The fuse box is in the third lower row, the four safety devices, if read from right to left. The operation of the headlight washer can be restored by inserting the fuse back.
