There are two solutions:

  • adjusting the height of the rubber boilers located on the sides of the trunk lid;
  • adjustment of the lock bracket position.

The rubber bandits are used to dampen the impact of the boot of the boot and its tight clamp in the closed position. The outlaws can be swayed and curled, resulting in a change in height.

However, this does not always solve the problem, in which case it is necessary to looser the lock brackets, close the door several times and open the boot (these manipulations will lead to the optimum mounting of the brackets), and then, without moving the bracket, tighten the staples.

The mounting bracket is hidden behind the back of the trunk, so it will have to be removed for adjustment. The skin is attached to the body on 4 pistons (located along the perimeter of the plating) and 5 (in the saloon) or 7 (in hatchback). To remove the sheathing, use the front screwdriver to remove the pistons, and use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the wrinkled holes. After adjusting the lock bracket, the whole mounting bracket is mounted.
