The Opel Astra J transport mode restricts a number of possibilities of a car and is designed to save electric power during transportation of a car, for example, from a factory to an authorized dealer. The transport mode must disable the dealer before selling the car. If it did not, a message about the transport mode that is enabled will be displayed.
To exit the transport mode, you must enable the ignition (not running the engine), turn on the "accident", and press the brake pedal. Then start the engine and hold the key in the Start position for 20 seconds. The transport mode must be disabled.
