To access the bleach, either remove or dismount the front wheel cover. The washer is secured by two metal clips: one is above the second. The washer is holding the tube itself, and the lower tube is the washer. First, remove the top and then the bottom. If you do not dock the bottom brace in the assembly, the fastening of the washer is loose.
