Mijubishi Pajero 4 with 6G75 engine allows to read cruise control errors without a scanner. To do this:
(1) Set the system switch to the COAST/SET clause.
2) Rotates the key to the ON position.
(3) Switch the switch to the ACC/RES location.
4) A cruise control dump will blink. Total number of digits in the code, each of which is shown by the number of flashes. There will be a 2-second pause between the blinking of two digits. The code options are:
-15-defect in the switch.
-21 is a bad signal from the ECU.
-22 is the defect in the stop lamps.
-23 is a defect in the engine management system.
If there is no fault, the bulb will blink in 0.5 second intervals.
