To set the speed limit for the Mercedes Benz Class (W204), the Speedtronic system must be activated. It is turned on by a cruise control lever as follows:
- Press the switch on the switch (the indicator on the lever should fire).
- Lightly press the lever up or down to the point of resistance. The current speed is then entered into memory as the limit (the " Installed speed limit ... km/h) will be displayed on the screen. The speed must be greater than 30 km/h.
- Press the lever up or down to increase or decrease the limit.
- To turn off the system, pull the lever on yourself or press the end of the lever. The indicator on the switch shall be extinguish.
