The cruise control function at the Mercedes-Benz C class (W204) is performed by the TEMPORATE system. It operates at a speed above 30 km/h. To turn on the cruise control, click its switch in the direction of the arrow 5. The indicator 2 shall be extinguked.
After this, accelerate the vehicle to the desired speed and press the switch up (1) or down (4). The machine will now support the specified speed. To increase it, press the lever up and reduce it down. Short clicks on the lever (up to the point of resistance) allow you to change the speed of 1 km/h. Short click on lever (with resistance point) allows to change the speed of a step 10 km/h. Turn off the cruise control by pulling the lever on itself (6) or pressing the brake pedal.
