To understand why the VAZ-2110 blinkers do not blink, but simply burn, you need to know the basic principle of rotation. It is that the current passes through the lamps and heats the measuring resistor. It is this element that determines when lamps are enabled.

Thus, if the resistance of the lamps is not equal to the nominal speed, the time of the turning-off is changed: they "blink" either more frequently or less frequently. The solution to the problem is to find a fuse whose resistance is not nominal and its subsequent replacement.
