To check the electric power train of the mirrors on Honda Civil: Unmount the driver's door panel. Disconnect the "3R"/"6R"/"8R" connector from the rear-view mirror. Check the operation of the actuator by combining the power and the "mass". If the rearview mirror is not moved according to the requirements, the mirror should be replaced. When checking the mirror's heating mechanism, verify that there is a connection between the terminals of "No. 2" and "No. 1" of the slot "8R". - Demount the driver's door panel.

- When checking the heating mechanism of the mirrors, ensure that there is a connection between the terminals "No. 2" and "No. 1" of the connector "8R". The connection must be when the heating switch is turned on.
