To remove a permanent magnet on Accorde 7, you need to do the following:
(1) Remove the upper finish of the panel.
2) Disconnect the two antenna connectors and connector.
3) Remove the three thumbscrews from the top of the magnet and three from the bottom.
4) Remove the control panel of the magnet and air-conditioner.
(5) Remove the screws and remove the magnets from the bracket.
6) Remove the screws and remove the covers. Then disconnect the connectors from the card (for the navigation models).
7) Remove the screws and remove the controls and switches.
8) Reverse the installation.
(9) Enter the code for the magnetola.
