The blinking of LED day headlights built into the headlamp is a common problem for the third generation Focus. The defect is most often expressed in cold weather or when the vehicle is launched.
Dealers accept the warranty and change the headlights free of charge. If the defect manifests itself periodically, the flicker can be taken off the video and show the record to the authorized dealer.
