There is no "pit" or "no hole" in the non-"pit". It is easiest to remove the fog lamp before replacing the lamp. To access the lamp, remove the cover and remove the plate. Then we need to remove the lights by pressing the "sips" so that they move toward each other. Now you can replace the lamp and gather everything in reverse sequence.
