The modifications to RAV4 equipped with a smart-key system allow you to open the doors of your car and drive it without having a key-it is sufficient to be in the bag or in the pocket of the owner. To function this system, RAV4 has installed 5 signal generators that respond to the key location-two inside the car (front and rear), two in front door and one in the door lock (boot). The radius of each generator is approximately 70 to 100 centimetres.
