In order to replace the lamp with the number light, a Phillips screwdriver should be turned off at the edges of each plaid and the lens removed. Then you can draw the cartridge out and replace the lamp. It is important not to trim the compaction between the base base and the lens. Otherwise, moisture will get to the flame.
