The failure of the Jeep Grand Cherokee contact group usually indicates the inclusion of all light bulbs and the shooting of the shooter on the dashboard when the vehicle moves (more often in winter). To remove the contact group, do the following:
- Plastic ignition control panel.
- We take off the visor of the instrument panel by pulling it on.
- Scrolling three bolts of the ignition lock.
- Drop the panel under the wheel.
- Push the metal clips together and push the keylock into the back.
- Lean out the connector from the contact group.
- Scrolling one bolt, pushing the tabs, and removing the contact group.
- Unwind three bolts and remove the contact group cover.
- Latch the three latches and pull the contact group.
- If there are any signs of contact, we need to bend the moustache to ensure their better contact.
- We're going all back and checking the work. If the problem persists, you will need to change the contact group
