The adjustment of the generator belt on Santa Fe with the motors of 2.0 and 2.4 litres shall be as follows:
(1) The tension of the belt shall be subjected to a tension of 100 N (10 kg) between the pulley.
(2) If the loss is greater than 9 ,0 ... 10, 4 mm, the belt adjustment shall be required.
(3) A oscillating nut of the generator and the retaining bolt of the generator bar.
(4) Rotate the adjustment bolt and set the belt tensioning normal.
5) Attach the retaining bolt and the generator nut clip. Moments of delay:
-adjustment bolt-20-25 Nm
-Gull nut-35-55 Nm
-The leveling bolt is 8-12 Nm.
