The oil consumption depends on many reasons:

-driving behaviour,

-the condition of the engine,

-oil type.

The maximum amount of oil used by Tiguan is up to 1 litre per 1,000 km. It is normal, according to the experience of the owners, to be treated as a cost of 1 litre per 10,000 km. Thus, the low oil level indicator should not be lit from the TO.

The oil burns out when the engine runs in critical modes-it is the rolling of the engine to red and, on the contrary, unbaked driving with gear switches to two thousand turns.

The owners recommend that the average driving behaviour be chosen and that the level of oil after the leak should be checked.
