Polo Sedan has a really long drive. This is a normal condition and a design feature of this engine.
However, it should be taken into account that malfunctions in the engine cooling system, in particular the thermostat failure, may be affected by engine too long. To monitor the operation of the thermostat, check the radiator upper and lower hose temperature after the engine is locked. If they're cold, the thermostat is fine.
The coolant level can also influence the warming of the engine, it must be monitored regularly.
