To switch engine oil on gasoline engines RAV4, you need to do the following:
(1) Progressive engine up to operating temperature and protection of the engine.
2) Remove the filler cap.
(3) Unlock the cork and the oil in a pre-prepared capacity of a minimum of 5 litres.
4) With the lift, the oil filter (dealers using special tool 09228-06501).
5) Take a new filter and put a little fresh motor oil on it.
6) Manually filter the filter until compaction is adjacent to the landing surface.
7) A filter of 17 Nm. If you do not have a chassis dynamometer, you can tighten your hands on the back of the system.
8) Enclose the cork (torque 40 Nm).
9) Fill new oil-about 3.8 liters.
(10) Check the level of oil and, if necessary, spill.
