Replacement of seat belt on Toyota Avensis 3

The procedure for the replacement of the drive belt on Toyota Avensis is performed in the following sequence: Remove the cover of the cylinder head and release the front and rear covers. Remove the heat sink release cover by releasing the heat sink release cover. Remove the power of the crankcase by loosing the power of the crankcase.

1. Remove the head of the cylinder head, alternating the front and back tabs.
2. Remove the heat sink cover release 7.
3. We're taking out the crankcase right.
4. We take off the polycl belt, loosen the generator bolts first.
5. Set the new belt and adjust the tension with the adjusting bolt.
6. We tighten the generator bolts with a torque of 19 Nm (lower) and 45 Nm (upper).
7. Set it all back.
