The pear pump, which is connected to the fuel filter, is used for cold weather, after discharge of water from the filter and in other situations. It is made of rubber, so the pear pumping is gradually solidifies. However, if the pump is not solid, this indicates one of the failures:
- Mechanical damage to the pump-in this case the fuel leak will be observed;
- The failure of the return valve in the pump is no leak, because the pump is simply not pumping fuel.
In both cases the replacement of the fuel pump-fuel pump is necessary. Its original catalogue number is 66507000.
