To dismantle the trout, it is necessary to use a special tool, without which it is not even worth to take. The tool is needed to pull the nozzle out of the well.
The removal of the nozzles shall be done as follows:
- Remove the top cover of the engine;
- Disconnect the fuel plum (s) from the nozzle (close the filler) and the wire.
- Detach from the injectors of fuel tubes (changing of the nozzles is also recommended);
- Using the head to remove the screw holder, dismount the holder (use a new screw-bolt and a copper shabu in the subsequent installation);
- Using a special device to extract the nozzle.
Frequently, the nozzle is tipped, so it is necessary to extract them with care. Special aerosols that facilitate the extraction of nozzles are also recommended.
The installation of the nozzles is reversed.
