Insufficient speakers usually speak of a bad mix. There might be different problems.

For example, the intake manifold receives an extraneous air through a non-watertight exhaust node. Also, given the dusty nature of many Russian cities and the low quality of gasoline, the cause of Logan's "limber" behaviour can be a filter or an exhaust catalyst.

The fall of the dynamics is also a reason to check the compression in cylinders: if it is less than 11 bar, it means that the engine needs repair.
