After the launch of the Renault Fluence engine

The whistle comes when the ignition switch is turned on when the starter works and comes out from under the hood. Often the whistling continues after the engine starts. It's possible that the sound is coming from the generator's belt. Also, there is a possibility that this is whistling. Similar sounds can be produced by muff of the air conditioner at the turn on or the throttle control.
