To remove the coolant pump on Mazda 3 (I), you must: Remove the bottom cover of the CRB for ease of operation. Then drain the cooling fluid from the engine for ease of operation.
- Deactivate the CCM and unmount the bottom cover along with the spray.
- Then drain the coolant from the engine.
- Then, remove and dock the expansion unit of the cooling system for ease of use.
- Remove the drive belt.
- Remove the steering control beam of the steering system for ease of operation.
- Remove the generator.
- Remove the coolant pump node and rubber sealant.
- Perform the installation in reverse order.
- Ensure that there is no leak and leak the coolant.
