The alignment of the gear rack to the Honda Actucord 8 shall be carried out as follows:
(1) Put the wheels in the straightest position.
(2) Open the hood and weaken the counter-nut screw of the rail-rail screw.
3) Unscrew the rail screw.
4) Remove the old lubrication with the guide and the new (Three Bond 1215 or Locktite 5699).
(5) tighten the rail screw with 25 Nm and release it.
(6) A 5.9 Nm screw with the force of 5.9 Nm will be redrawn again and be turned off by 10 +/-50.
(7) tighten the counter-cage by holding the guide in the specified position.
(8) Rotate the rudder from one extreme position to another to ensure that no effort is made on the steering wheel.
