To clear the MAINT REQD, do the following:
-On the position of the ignition switch ON, place the odometer at full mileage.
-Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
-Turn on (ON) while holding the diurnal reset button (Trip Meter Reset button).
-Keep a depressed button of the odometer until a metric of 000000 is displayed on the display.
MAINT REQD must be rewritten after all these manipulations have been performed. An important point: before settling MAINT REQD, change the engine oil because this indication is mainly a reminder of the need for this procedure.
