The failure to control air flows is caused by the failure of the corresponding drive. It is located on the left side of the heater. To correct the problem, remove the lower torpedo panel from the driver's side and remove the actuator (hold on the screws).
The problem can be in both the electric motor and the ginger machine, which is the actuator of the lock. The easiest is to replace the drive in the assembly.
