
Even in the case of small collisions, the Mercedes S-Class head restraints (W221) actuate and exit the reference position. To get them back, you have to:
- For active head restraints, NECK-PRO. Let' s get to the bottom of the head restraint and press it back to the focus (direction of the arrow 1). Then press the head restraint down (direction 3) to the direction of the guide. Then forward the head restraint back (direction 1) to the fixation.

- In the case of comfortable NECK-PRO head restraints. We take the standard set of tools in the boot of pin 1 to return the head restraint. Insert a pin in the guide 2 between the pillow and the rear of the head restraint. Press the head restraint until the head restraint latch clicks. With force, press the head restraint back to the commitment position (direction 3).
