This is often not a malfunction, as modern engines are prone to some instability of idle speed. Turbots can "swim" when additional load-producing equipment is included, e.g. lights, glass heating, or air conditioning. If the turnover is "floating" with a large amplitude without obvious reasons, or if the machine is periodically stalls, it is necessary to contact the service provider.
