The best way to remove the lower jagged wheel from the tip of the VAZ-2110 wheel is to purchase a special lift. If you remove the toothed wheel using two flat mounts, you have to do it very carefully, because the tire iron needs to be moved to something, which means it is easy to damage something from the hinged hardware. For example, it is very easy to push through the thin aluminium body of the pump, which besides this is also covered with multiple microfractures that can drip oil.
Another, more radical option to remove the toothed wheel:
- to drill a hole in diameter at 8 mm slightly higher than the cuff,
- to insert into it,
- the hammer strikes the jagged wheel of the cap, which then needs to be replaced by a new one.
