To replace the cooling radiator on a Jill MC, do the following:

1. Open the heat sink and drain valve. Cooling coolant.

2. Disconnect the liquid feed into the heat sink.

3. Disconnect the pipe removal tube from the heat sink.

4. Scrolls 4 the radiator mounting bolts.

5. Remove the heat sink unit, remove the four screws, and remove the fan assembly and its wiring.

6. By changing the heat sink and installing the removed elements-the expansion tank (bolts bolt 16 Nm), fan and fan hoses (3 bolts, 7.5 Nm heaters), fan assembly (3 bolts, 16 Nm), and a tidal duct from the expansion tower.

7. Cooling liquid up to nominal value.
