Procedure for replacing the particulate filter on A4 generation 4 with diesel engine: Let' s take off the exhaust pipe. We turn off the two screws and remove the particulate filter. Remove the air filter casing. Pull out the plastic cover of the engine. We disconnect the lambda-probe slots, the temperature sensor, of the exhaust pressure sensor. Unwind the pressure sensor from the particulate filter. Unwind the exhaust temperature sensor. Vacuum a vacuum tube. Unwind the recycle system chiller and supplies the chiller. Unload the tube from the recycling system and take the tube back to the side. We will set up a new filter in reverse sequence.
- We're taking off the exhaust pipe.
- Scrolling two bolts and remove the fitting of the particulate filter.
- We're taking off the air filter.
- Taking off the plastic cover of the motor.
- Disconnect the lambda probes, the probe temperature sensor, the exhaust gas pressure sensor.
- Scrolling the pressure sensor from the particulate filter.
- Unwind exhaust temperature sensor.
- Remove the vacuum hose.
- I'm swaying the bolts of the recycling system chiller and tying the chiller.
- Unwind the receiver of the recycling system and recycle the pipe.
- I'll get you a particulate filter.
- Sets the new filter in the reverse sequence.
