There are several views on this issue.
1. You should do this because the procedure is recommended by dealers (from 2000 to 4000 km from different dealers).
2. You do not need to do this because there is only a TO-1 in your service record.
Both of these opinions have certain justification for their opponents and supporters. Thus, whether the T-0 or not-the owner of the car decides itself.
