The hook for the bags is included in the list of original accessories for the Mercedes E-Class (W212). The order number is A 212 810 00 40 9B27. The bolts of the M5 screws and washers (not included in the kit) are provided for fixing it in the centre of the luggage compartment. You can secure the hook in any other place with the help of self-contained, which are bundle; new openings will have to be drinked.
