Replacing the front of the front stabilizer is a difficult task. You'll need a pit or a lift to work. You will also need three key types of 12: the nakiet, the beetles, and the printhead.
The right side is easier to replace. You need to unscrew the two bolts retaining the bracket. After that, remove the bracket, remove the old tulk and install a new one after carefully cleaning up the seat. Then you need to install the bracket on the spot and twist the two bolts previously unbolted.
To access the bolts that hold the mounting bracket on the left side, remove the left front wheel. Then, remove the bracket, remove the two screws, remove the old bushing, clear the seating position, install a new bushing, and attach the wheel and wheel.
