To remove the front stabilizer on Mazda 3 (I), you must: Remove the front cover assembly, bar stabilizer bar and stabilizer brackets. Then measure the torque of the ball joint. Move the ball finger at 10 times and rotate the finger of the pivot arm (0.23-0.47 Nm). to reverse the installation and to adjust the installation to "0" of the front headlights.

  1. Remove the front, rack, or stabilizer foot assembly.
  2. Then measure the torque of the ball joint.
  3. Move the ball finger from side to side 10 times and rotate the ball ball at 10 times.
  4. Measure the time of resistance (0.23-0.47 Nm) rotation with a tort and dynamometric key.
  5. Next, put a stable lubricant on the inside surface of the stabilizer.
  6. Relatively align the box relative to the inside of the transverse stability stabilizer installation plate.
  7. Set the stabilizer arm.
  8. Set all in reverse order and adjust the installation to "0" front headlamps.
