The structure of the rear hub of VAZ vehicles of different families (VAZ 2108, 2109, 21099, 2110, 2111, 2112, 2113, 2114 or 2115) is similar, so the replacement of bearing of the rear hub is made by one algorithm. To change the bearings of the rear hub on the VAZ, you must do the following:
1. Remove the cover of the hub, spread out the steps of the hub.
2. Unscrew the hub.
3. Remove brake pads
4. Pressing the rear wheel hub.
5. Remove the retaining ring from the hub.
6. Pressing the bearing itself will require a special lift tool.
7. Clear the inner surface of the hub, press the new bearing, install a new locking ring.
8. Pend the rear hub on the axle, and the force shall be applied to the inner ring of the bearing.
9. Reverse the order by setting the brake pads, brake drum and wheel itself.
10. The heak of the hub should be replaced with a new one.
11. Once all the works have been completed, the clip of the hub is restored and the protective cap shall be returned to the seat.
