Peugeot's owners are often diagnosed with error P0006. At the same time, ACPR often goes into emergency mode. This is an engineering defect in hydraulics that operates an AL-4 automatic gearshift gearbox.
The problem is caused by the failure of one of the valves of the hydratra and is being replaced. There are cases in which the dealer centres insist on replacing the two valves at the ACPR, but this is not always necessary. In more rare cases, it is necessary to replace the cratcher itself. Given the relatively high cost of spare parts and works, you need high quality diagnostics in the specialized service center to determine the cause of the malfunction.
