The calibration of the released gas pedal position is the function of the ECM module, which is determined by the pedal sensor signal when it is completely released. The calibration shall be carried out each time that the connector of the pedal position of the gas or ECM is disconnected.
Procedure:
1. Fully release the gas pedal
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and wait a couple of seconds
3. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position and wait 10 seconds.
4. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and wait a couple of seconds
5. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position and wait 10 seconds.
