To connect the phone to the Chevrolet Cobalt's brain device via bluetooth, you need to register it. To do this, click the Config button and use the MENU-TUNE switch to select bluetooth (Bluetooth-Bluetooth-Bluetooth).
You should see a message about the security code request. The default is 0000. Then you must enter a security code and a phone. If everything is done correctly, a successful telephone connection is displayed on the head of the device.
