Removing head restraints in Chevrolet Aveo

The Chevrolet Aveo has two retainers: the one with the plate latch (on the right) to lift the head restraint, the one on the left is used to remove the head restraint. Squeeze the retainer to the right with a screwdriver and the head restraint is removed without force, and no force is necessary. The back's doing the same.
