For a first generation BMW engine temperature, you need to: Press and hold the daily mileage reset button (located in the lower left corner of the combination).After the test label number 1 appears, short click on the same button then select the test No19.After that again, press and hold the button until the code is prompted. The code is the sum of the last 5 digits of the VIN number of your car. Enter the same button. The system will then go to test No1.Select test number 7 and view the engine's temperature. The information on the display will display all the time until the key is understood from the lock.
