Valid deviations for disk width are ± 1 inch. The disc diameter can be less than 1 inch and more by 2 inches.

The departure parameters can vary within 2 inches. A spacer will be needed for the flight 46.

You cannot reduce the size of a disk drive hole, and you can compensate for an increase in special rings.

When you have made 40 and 6.5x15 disk drives, you must mean that the wheel will be more "stuck" when the departure is reduced. If the disk still has the same width, there is an increased load on the hub, so it is recommended that you use a larger drive.

There are no special restrictions on the width of the transition ring. Usually, the selection of the rings is done by the seller of disks according to the required diameter. It is recommended to acquire plastic centering rings, ordinary aluminum has a property to be attached to a steel hub and it will be very difficult to remove them after a while.
