There is no heating function after the mirror has been replaced. It is possible that the box was not heated, sometimes. If the heat is present, you need to remove the plate plate (two clips from the bottom) and check the incoming voltage on the contacts. This is done by a tester or a 12V lamp. You also need to check the resistance of the mirror plate itself.
